Waiting List Campaign
Over 16,000 children and adults are awaiting services from the Developmental Disabilities Administration. The initial $116 million Five-Year Waiting List Initiative, the results of a community effort led by The Arc of Maryland benefited more than 8,000 children and adults and their families. That Initiative ended but the need did not so Waiting List families have joined together, through The Arc of Maryland, to activate the Waiting List Campaign. For more information and to join, contact Beth Munro at egmunro@aol.com.
