Eastern Shore Monitoring Projectdots

The Eastern Shore Monitoring Project is funded through the Eastern Shore Regional Office of the Developmental Disabilities Administration. This three-year project's goal is to assess the residential services and programs offered by community providers on the Eastern Shore. Consumers are asked questions related to how their residential service supports living a self-determined life, with strong focus on community connections and safety. Residents are interviewed in their community residential setting. Additionally, Direct Support Professionals are also surveyed. Trained teams of self-advocates and community volunteers administer the survey. For more information, contact Joana Weaver, ESM coordinator, at (410) 742-4040 or by email.
